Pregnant Women
“I just wanted to say thank you for being so unexpectedly welcoming and friendly over my last few visits...”

There are many wonderful moments throughout your life and none more so than during pregnancy. At this time as an expectant mother you need to take extra care of yourself and to be as healthy as you can. This includes looking after you teeth and gums. Some women get swollen sore gums, which may bleed in pregnancy. This can be caused by a build-up of plaque on the teeth or changes to hormones. We would recommend regular visits to the dentist (every 6 months) and hygienist (every 3-4 months) to prevent these possible gum problems.
